On Friday last week my BMW 335I developed an engine overheating problem which necessitated me stopping the car to prevent any potential damage to the engine. I contacted a couple of my regular garages to enquire about an inspection and repair and one diagnoseda faulty water pump. Unfortunately they were unable to carry out therepairs for some time due to prior bookings. However, I was referred to Leapers and proceeded there with some caution. Immediately on arrival I was greeted by Ian who without hesitation offered to checkout the problem and complete the repairs on the Monday 29th. Hewas extremely helpful and having to leave the car there over the weekend to my amazement he offered me a lift home. Come Monday,his wife Kelly contacted me to say that the work had been completedand she said that Ian would pick me up again !
