Don't do it!Took my car for an MOT which failed on "Dangerous, do not drive" and quoted "parts are around 100 but labour could be up to 1000 if we have to drill it out". A Dangerous fail means the car isn't allowed on the road. I ignored this "quote" and took it to another garage who were amazed at the lies. Proved there was no movement or danger by hanging weights off the "faulty" part. Do not use these fraudsters

These guys are reliable, knowledge, friendly and competitively priced. It's always my first choice and I've recommended them to others. The only worry is you'll all love them too and I'll never be able to get in again!
Told me my car wasnt worth fixing as the labour and parts would cost more than the car, however they were happy to buy the car off me. Turbo charger was blown to bits, metal inside the engine and pipes, however another garage told me to ask for photos and when I did they said there arent any photos we can take of the damage. Got my car out of there and 700 later running perfectly fine. Car is worth 3.5K so IMO they were looking to buy it off me and fix it for an easy profit. Could be wrong but it stinks of dishonesty, especially stating they couldnt take any photos when other mechanics said thats totally laughable
