Dan and James can tell you all about each and every car they have and not once did they try and 'sell' me anything - in fact quite the opposite. When I had made my decision, they arranged for extras to be fitted hassle free and even taxed my new car online while I was there! Very very helpful in every way possible.. there was a car posted online which I really liked and I phoned up straight away and got through instantly and the chap James was super polite and respectful! We drove up country 3 hours the next day and had the pleasure of doing business with James on our purchase! James was excellent when selling me a car and in general I am very happy with it , however, after two weeks I noticed only 7 elements out of 10 were working on the heated rear window and after 5 weeks the exhaust was blowing. My several telephone calls failed to reach James and his colleague simply stated these items are not covered by the 3 month guarantee. This disappointed me as there was obviously no compromise or negotiation on offer and in effect the car rendered unfit for purpose.
