Consistently "tell you 30 minutes" and then leave you waiting for another 30+ minutes. Just be honest and say "it'll be an hour", don't lie your customers. Very annoying when you pick up some takeaway from another location (that have some idea of time management).Like I say, it's not a one off complaint, it's consistent, and now the last one I plan on making.

Food was alright, but the service was really bad. Waited over an hour to get food, thus had more drinks and both menu and receipt were very unclear so had to pay a ridiculous amount of money in the end. Not coming back here again!
Good food, nice waiting staff, big portion sizes. Drinks were a little pricey.
