Towards the end of the process there were several issues with first time buyers and more than one chain involved. We were just unfortunate. About three months in Sophie took over the management of the sale and matters improved. She used her initiative to call around previous viewers and secured a purchaser for our house. During the long months she and Marianne kept us informed of progress or issues and kept a good line of communication down the chain. We are grateful for their efforts.

They gave us sound advice to make our home more appealing. I was given immediate feedback on all showings and the follow-up conversations with potential buyers. Really impressed with the level of service for a visit that was not related to immediate sale. Having approached a competitor a year or so ago for a similar reason my experience had been so poor (the visit never happened despite repeated assurances that 'someone would come') I was ready to be disappointed. A polite attentive team, an email received promptly confirming the visit, a call on the day advising that Ian was running a bit late, a comprehensive pack with evidence that local pricing research had been done in advance of the visit and an emailed report received within 24hrs of the visit. Based on my experience not only will I be recommending your branch to friends and family but, when the time comes to move on, my choice of agent is already made.
