Fantastic service from Andy. He diagnosed the issue with our heating within 15 minutes and returned and resolved the issue within a couple of hours. Highly recommend him and the company and we will use him again.

If Carlsberg made plumbers... This is my first time using Avery and here's why Avery is better than most plumbers: 1) I called and left a message and got a call back within 10 minutes. 2) Came round the next morning (it wasn't an emergency) and turned up on time. 3) Correctly diagnosed the problem (another plumber had mis-diagnosed it a few months ago and I paid for the wrong fix.) 4) Andy bought the necessary part, installed it and solved the problem all within 2 hours of arriving. 5) The price was sensible.
