I love my local library. Though it's quite small, there are often real serendipitous discoveries of books I wouldn't have thought of reading. The county's online reservation system is fast and efficient. Well worth joining, using and supporting.
OK, but could be so much better. There's not all that many books available, despite there being plenty of space for extra shelves to stock plenty more. Staff are helpful, however, and there's a quick borrow and return service, so never any need to queue.
