Superb. I dealt with Karla and Sameera in the purchase of my house. Honestly? Both went the extra mile and made it easy to accomplish. Any difficulties that I has were caused by the insane government regulations for proving that the money you have in your accounts is actually yours. That isn't their fault. Those are just the rules. Would I recommend them? Totally. I am now selling my flat and I will use them again. Plus I will get them to sort out my revised will also. Top quality.
AVOID!!A torturous experience from start to finish. They had us running around after various bits of endless paperwork for weeks. I was surprised they didn't ask for my scouting certificates and swim badges!After eventually being approved for a bridging loan we learnt that that doesn't mean that you are actually approved. This is the point when they actually start doing anything resembling work and when they do they throw up a series of obstacles for you to overcome at the eleventh hour. These are of course unattainable within the timescales that are left. Alas, we had to seek alternative funding. However, the whole experience cost us nearly 3k....for nothing.Complain? I wouldn't bother. The ranks close and the line is that "unfortunately you signed a contract with us"However, if you enjoy being highly stressed, relish condescending emails, love dealing with difficult people and have money to burn then look no further...Lightfoots are your people.Sorry kids....no holiday this year.
