As a yoga first-timer, I wasn't overly impressed by the lack of introduction by the teacher, but she was, however, good at giving instructions and assisting with improper posture etc. The room is a little cramped when there's a dozen or so students and at 16 per session, it seems a little overpriced to me.
A beautifully presented yoga studio, situated in the heart of Thame. The quality of the teachers is excellent. I particularly enjoyed the strong and dynamic practice of the Lotus Flow session by Jo and the Intermediate Vinyasa with Christie. There is plenty of parking outside the studio, so driving into Thame is not a problem.
This is brilliant yoga studio and I always thoroughly enjoyed coming here for my yoga classes. Ginny and the other teachers are all very knowledgeable and provide excellent classes. A full range of yoga classes available for all ages
