Pinefinders had exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price and best of all were happy to deliver 200 miles away to Yorkshire. Very very happy with the table and service . Definitely recommend
I ordered an unpainted bookcase for the end of a kitchen island, Ken provided a really speedy service and delivery, very helpful in all ways. It looks great (will do when it's painted anyway). Would definitely recommend.
I ordered a large cupboard unseen from Pinefinders, after seeing very clear photos and accurate measurements on their website. Ken was extremely helpful in organising delivery etc. and the cupboard itself was brilliant and fitted the space perfectly.I have also ordered a set of custom hanging shelves - Pinefinders made these to my own design, and again, when they arrived they were perfect. Cannot recommend this company highly enough !
Ordered a lovely pine Welsh dresser from Pinefinders. I wasnt able to view before purchase as I live a considerable distance away in Cumbria. Ken however emailed thorough some clear photos and a video and answered any questions I had. Took a little longer to get delivered than expected but let down by the couriers not Pinefinders. Great communication from Ken throughout.
Undertook to make a bookcase for me within 3 weeks. Did not do so. Made no attempt to communicate with me to tell me he was running late or when I could expect delivery - even though I'd said at point of ordering that I would need to arrange to be there to take delivery. When I chased, I got an offhand reply saying it would "probably" be delivered tomorrow and "if so" the delivery people would call me today. So only at the end of the day when I had heard nothing did I work out by default that delivery would not be tomorrow. I then called him and only then did he bother to speak to the delivery people to find out what was happening. He then texted to say delivery would be a week later. When I replied suggesting he could improve his communications with customers, he took offence and refused to supply the bookcase and issued a refund instead. He claimed he had been courteous and respectful throughout and I had been rude. Apparently not communicating with your customers at all until they are driven to chase you, and being offhand and unhelpful when they do, is "courteous and respectful" in this man's world, and suggesting he could do better than this is "rude". Deluded.
