I know its a kids play area but it needs closing down. I've never been to a more disgusting place in my life.Tables where nobody was sat at was just full of rubbish that hadn't been cleared. When asked if they could clean a table they took the rubbish away but didn't wipe it over, even though there was juice and sauce on the table and chairs. Even the high chairs were in the same state so can't imagine who would sit their baby in those.There was rubbish and food on the floor everywhere as well as in the toilets and toilet roll all over the floor too.The slide was wet so assuming some child had wet themselves.The food was reasonable but horrible - people working in the kitchen had no hygiene sence what so ever. Touching food with bare hands that was then using the till and opening cupboards, fridge etc. Food was also sat in the kitchen for 10 mins that I could see before being brought out.The place was very warm with heating on full blast and a smelly smell in the air.I thought this place would of been of good standard seeing as its based in a good town.Would definitely not recommend going there nor would I return.
My grandson had a great time. Just wish the food didn't take 30 mins to serve, as this was long for a hungry 2 year to wait. Some sort of notice showing this would have meant I would have ordered earlier and we could have stayed rather than having to leave looking for food. A bit tatty looking, could do with a good clean and a lick of paint, but we will return
Friendly staff, good food choices, entry and cafe prices cheap compared to all the other soft play areas around. Lots to do for older and younger children.Definitely worth the extra commute to get there.
My son loved it! Big wide space and lots of activities for kids. Food is good but could be little better. Would visit again for sure.
My son and I had the best time ever he is an adventurous 1 year old. Food reasonably priced and tasted good. Large setting area, staff were very helpful and customer service was excellent. We will definitely be going again! Ample parking, and no time limit on play too!
