Quote one price then charge a more expensive one later. No doubt the owner will respond with his usual 'fake review' - you decide who to believe. At least they've got one 5 star review, oh just noticed that's their own review!!And true to form - the owner claims it to be a fake review!!! Plenty of good trustworthy companies out there you can use, and to quote the owner when he was told he had lost a customer due to his inconstant charging - ' I don't care, I've got plenty of customers'.Well looks like your customer base will only ever get smaller with that sort of attitude towards customer service.

Repeatedly pay for meet and greet and always left waiting around arrivals at the airport calling them to ask where the driver is. Delay for the driver to pick me up is between 30 minutes to my last (and final trip using them) of an hour-and-a-half.UPDATE: Not fake nor a competitor just a bad customer experience (and not the only one left).
One star for our return journey from Heathrow. Booked taxi gave flight number etc flight was slightly late in our bags were last off belt. Walked through arrivals no taxi! Called the office taxi driver had waited a bit and then left. She had called / text mobile as she got no response but mobile was out of juice. It is not as if you dont bother getting you flight home. Called the office taxi driver finally returned said she was 2 mins away half an hour later. Then proceeded to drive at 90 miles an hour on the motorway until I pointed she had my family in the car and to driver within the speed limit. Dropped us off and then proceeded to try and charge us more than we were initially quoted including the additional parking for returning to the car park she had left. I am not sure I would trust this firm again. We had a lovely gent drive us to the airport but it is important to feel you can rely on a firm to pick you up after a very long flight.
